Our Story
Nick and Yannick repeatedly encountered the same problem in various companies: HR systems that were outdated and cumbersome. Time tracking was tedious, vacation requests complicated – the available tools simply weren't fun to use and made daily work harder rather than easier.
All solutions available on the market were either too complex or didn't meet the needs of modern companies. After numerous experiences with different HR and time tracking systems, the decision was made: We'll develop a better solution ourselves.
The vision was clear – create HR software that supports companies in their growth, relieves HR teams, and makes daily work easier for employees. A platform that is intuitive, enjoyable to use, and adapts to the needs of its users. With this mission, the development of Emplovia began in 2023.
