As soon as a person's employment ends, the offboarding section automatically appears in the profile – for all with the corresponding permissions. There, a previously created offboarding template can be assigned.

As with onboarding, these templates consist of defined tasks with responsibilities, due dates, and possibly deadlines before or after the end date – for example, for returning equipment or handing over open issues.

This ensures that the final step in the employee lifecycle is reliably documented and handled professionally.
